I have enjoyed countless of rounds of 21. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this method or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this method! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first $5 wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Bet 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet
If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
